You are invited to Fitzroy North Library for an unforgettable STEAMship voyage to explore, expand upon, and inform the STEM challenges the world currently faces within all societies and for individuals just like you.

Our illustrious all-female expert panel will engage you on an odyssey into the role of Artistic Creation in STEM, how Art is an integral part of all STEM endeavours, and how the Language of STEM can become more inclusive to underserved and often misrepresented people.

Therefore, we will explore the inherent need for Citizen Scientists, Craftspeople, Linguists, Facilitators, Teachers, Curiosity and Thrill Seekers, Idealists, Pessimists, Hobbyists, and Artists of all cultural backgrounds to fill in the gaping empty spaces surrounding and inside the world of STEM, where only a very privileged few have been welcomed and encouraged to travel and be productive in STEM’s extremely gated and secretive environment.
