Come along to this introductory workshop and learn about the key benefits of Forest Therapy.

Susan Joachi, Forest Therapy guide will discuss the science behind forest therapy and share techniques to help you connect deeply with nature while living in the city. Introduced in Japan as Shinrin-yoku in 1983, it is an emerging, research-based, low-cost and effective practice for all ages.
